- Access to both private and public gym, park, aquatic and council facilities throughout Greater Sydney and Newcastle.

Tailored Exercise Programs 

- According to Plan and Participant goals, established within our Comprehensive Physical Initial Assessment.

 We assist with Plan Reviews

-As your plan approaches its end date, we provide a comprehensive report outlining your progress and ongoing needs. 

- Reports can addintially be tailored for updates and communication across your treating team.

We can travel to you 

- We can save you the time and hassle of traveling to one of our facilities and offer mobile-based services, traveling to either your home or a local park or gym of preference.

We work with your other providers

- We work closely with your treating team to ensure a cohesive and coordinated approach to your rehabilitation. By maintaining regular communication with your healthcare providers, we help tailor your treatment plan and keep everyone aligned in supporting your goals.

Make a Referral or book a session in

1) Complete our E-referral link (5 minutes).

2) We will contact you within 8 business hours.  

3) We will coordinate with your Support Coordinator, provide a quote of services and approval for an Initial Assessment.

4) A comprehensive 60-minute Initial Assessment will be booked in, within 48 hours.
